24 hours....

2 more hours before I cross the 24 hour mark (AGAIN!!) of being awake, I know it isn't much, I've gone straight without sleep for 3 days before (I was so close to going really crazy by the 3rd day) but doing it 2 days straight with only a couple of hours rest in between is plain crazy and bad for the health. I just hope all this sleepless nights are worth it!!!

Shinhwa Philippines

Here's to the crazy, fun loving, Shinhwa obsessed and did I say crazy Shinhwa wives, girlfriends, and mistresses of Eric, Hyesung, Minwoo, Junjin, Dongwan and Andy!!!

CHEERS!!!!

The Nano Month

Everything that could go wrong did, computers suddenly freezing up and refusing to boot up, printer refusing to print from the main server but would print when using a secondary server (I swear whoever invented computer viruses should be condemned to a hundred lifecycles as a toilet paper!!!) bills piling UP, sales that refuses to go up, crazy customers, sleepless nights, software licensing problems, an underfunded cheque, the quest for the cheapest laptop I could find (which I literally said goodbye too when I have to make the painful decision to go purchase software license I can't afford ,I know it's the right thing to do. But RIGHT NOW I HATE BILL GATES and his overpriced softwares!!!). There are days I'm too tired I could barely concentrate. Thank God for Mari (a friend and fellow Shinhwa fan) who would ask me everyday what my word count is or how much I have written for the day because if nobody asked I probably wouldn't get pass 5000 words.

I finished 2 days ahead of schedule, (ok I cheated, I inserted a made up folklore into the story , gave way to my carnal desires and easiest word padding tool, love scenes...hehehe). I have an excuse for the folklore (I made it an important part of the story) the love scenes (just because....hehehe...but my male lead was HAPPY!!!! enough for him to cooperate till I reach 50,000 words).

Before I knew it the month of November is over and done with. I walked away with a .pdf certificate I could print if I want to, a cute Nano icon and a deeper understanding of why I did it in the first place, I Love to Write.

Even if sometimes what i write makes no sense to no one but myself (although there are times when even I couldn't make heads or tales of what I am writing), I still love it, and come November next year, I will do it again!!!! I just hope it won't be as crazy as my first Nanowrimo year!
